3. We Solve It Together
Our trusted technicians will ensure your TecHQ account is created, discuss possible solutions and will leverage collaboration tools like video calls & Screen sharing to support satisfactory completion of the case.
4. Payment & Case Closure
We charge a Base Call Fee when a new issue is opened ($8.00)*
We charge an additional FlexFee per minute. ($1.25)*
We check-in with the client after every 10-minutes of chargeable time.
Your are only charged for active case time, no hold time. Your account will not charged until the case is closed.
