Pricing and Billing

How much does TecHQ Services cost +

Remote support starts at 14.95 per call. Each call includes up to 30 minutes of live remote support.

Are there contracts or long term commitments +

No. TecHQ Services does not require contracts.

What if my issue takes longer than 30 minutes +

If additional time is needed we will always ask before continuing. An additional 14.95 will be charged after 30 minutes. You stay in control of the decision and the cost.

Do you offer subscriptions +

Not currently but possibly in the future.

Are onsite visits possible +

Onsite visits are not included in the per call price. Certain locations may be eligible but onsite service is not available everywhere.

Do you charge if the problem cannot be fixed +

If an issue cannot be resolved after a short investigation no charge will be issued. If significant time is spent and the issue cannot be resolved due to factors outside our control we will review the situation fairly and transparently.

Remote Support and Security

How does screen sharing and video calls work +

After booking a session you will receive simple instructions to connect securely with a technician. You approve access and can end the session at any time.

Is remote support safe +

Yes. We use secure industry standard tools. Access is temporary and only granted with your permission.

Can I watch while you work +

Yes. You are encouraged to watch ask questions and learn during the session.

Do you keep access to my system after the session +

No. Once the session ends all access is closed. We do not retain remote access to your device.

Scheduling and Availability

How quickly can I get help +

As soon as a Techie is available your issue will be assigned.

How do I schedule a session +

Sessions can be scheduled online or by contacting us via email text or phone.

Do you offer after hours support +

Extended hours support may be available. Additional fees may apply. Please include the words Urgent Help Needed in your request.
