What You Will Do
As a TecHQ Services Support Engineer, you will focus purely on solving technology problems.
- Provide remote IT support to residential and small business customers
- Troubleshoot Windows, WiFi, networking, printers, and device connectivity
- Guide customers through clear step by step solutions
- Deliver a calm, professional, and friendly support experience
- Work independently while following simple support standards
