As a TecHQ Techie, you are an independent contractor. TecHQ does not withhold taxes from your earnings. You are responsible for reporting your income and making any required tax payments.
TecHQ will provide a 1099 form for each tax year where your earnings meet the IRS reporting threshold. This will be available in your portal by January 31 of the following year.
